TERMS OF SERVICE

All my commissions are digital goods, no physical goods will be sent to the client in any way, shape or form.

Only commission me if you're patient, I have health problems.

You can ask about the status of your commission just please don't ask every day (check out my Trello page list before asking).

If you want to commission me, you must be over 16 years old.

If you order nsfw commissions, you must provide your ID to verify your age, ONLY birth date.

I have the right to refuse you a commission without giving a reason.

If you want a specific deadline please confront me about it before you pay (might require an additional fee).

I share my art on social media, if you don't want your commission to be shared publicly let me know before payment, a privacy fee will be added.

Don't rush me! I have my responsibilities and my private life, I also suffer from carpal tunnel so sometimes I can work slower due to pain.

I provide the finished order to the customer only in PNG or JPNG format. I do not provide a PSD file.

Do not claim my work as your own.

You can't remove my watermark/signature from my artworks.

You can't copy, edit, steal, repost any of my work without my permission.

Do not color any of my wips, uncolored sketches etc.

You may share my arts that you have received (on social media/chats etc.) only with credit.

You may NOT sell my works for personal use (of any kind).

You commissions my artwork for personal non-profit use ONLY (we can discuss it for profit commercial usage, then commercial fee will be added)

I only accept only USD or EUR (ask for PLN).

Only accepts PayPal invoices (+ 3 $ for tax) (Blik for Polish custmers).

Payments upfront.

I will not begin work on a commission until you have paid in full.

No refunds after receiving payment so please be sure you want to take a commission from me.

If I won't able to finish your commission for a private reason you’ll get a full refund.

I send WIPs at every stage of art making, but you can also ask me for a WIP at any time.

For larger changes I require an additional charge.

If you are not a communicative person, please do not order from me, when I send wips I require more detailed communication and feedback about commission confirm (replies "its ok", "nice" or just emote are not enough info for me)

I set the price for the background personally, depending on the detail of the background.

I will charge an additional fee for more detailed character and accessories (armor, clothes, other accessories).

When ordering a reference sheet, the character must have at least one artwork showing the character.

When ordering artwork you must have a clean (not shaded) reference of your character, for characters without references I will charge an additional fee.

I am not responsible for any errors if the character reference you provided is incorrect.

I only change what was created from my mistake.
